As a bilingual technical institute, our current classes are conducted in Spanish, with plans to introduce courses in English soon.

Meet Our Expert HVAC Instructor

Raul Zurita is dedicated to training and developing students to succeed in the HVAC and Electrical fields. He understands what it takes to thrive. This certainly shows in his teaching style, which is often described by our students, as patient, down to earth, dedicated and committed to his students learning.

Raul Zurita is proud of the efforts our student put into their learning. He knows that such effort pays off. After all, he himself started from the ground up. He began his career as a helper and progressed in the industry as an installer and service technician. He is currently the owner and operator of his own heating and air conditioning company. His combined experience expands over ten years.

Raul's qualifications speak volumes about his commitment to excellence. He holds two HVAC Contractor's Licenses, covering both Residential and Commercial aspects, accredited by the State of North Carolina and the State of South Carolina. Additionally, Raul has an electrical license from the State of North Carolina,

His educational background includes three years of study in Mechanical Engineering at the National Technological University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. This foundation further enriches his understanding of the technical intricacies within the HVAC field.
