This course covers the fundamentals of the residential gas heating system (80% efficiency and 92% efficiency). Topics include safety, sequence of operation, system operating characteristics, combustion, motors, safety switch, electrical systems and controls.

Students will have the opportunity to troubleshoot different problems in a gas heating system by applying the knowledge acquired in this course.

This course is designed 80% hands on and 20% theory.

At the end of the course you will receive a certificate.
